Is a Wrap Right for You?

Know the trade-offs

The benefits

  • Change your vehicle's look without permanent paint
  • Protects paint from minor scratches, road debris, UV rays, and everyday wear
  • Removable and reversible
  • Huge selection of colors, finishes, and textures
  • Customize with unique designs and branding
  • Often more affordable than a quality paint job

The drawbacks

  • Not as impact resistant as PPF
  • Can be damaged by sharp objects
  • Requires proper care and maintenance
  • Lifespan depends on material, installation, exposure, and maintenance
  • Not recommended on damaged or failing paint

Vinyl wrap vs. PPF

Vinyl Wrap

  • Changes the look
  • Adds a layer of protection
  • Removable, custom colors & designs

PPF (Paint Protection Film)

  • Protection first
  • Self-healing material
  • Virtually invisible, long-term impact defense

Aftercare & Prep

Keep it looking new

How to care for your wrap

  • Hand wash with mild soap and water
  • Use a microfiber mitt, not a brush
  • Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners
  • Do not use automatic car washes with brushes
  • Avoid high-pressure washers directly on edges
  • Wax is not required, but a wrap-safe sealant is okay

When wrapping is not ideal

  • Severely damaged, peeling, or rusted paint
  • Bubbling or failing clear coat
  • Recent paint (should cure 30–60 days)
  • Surfaces that cannot be properly cleaned or prepped

We can still help

Even if your paint isn't perfect, we can prep the surface to wrap. We can address peeling paint, clear coat failure, and light touch-up paint. We won't remove dents, but we make the surface wrap-ready for the best possible finish.
